All 240 Constituencies of Nepal

The color coded map of 240 constituencies of Nepal is given here. There are 10 colors for constituencies from 1 to 10. The districts that have single constituencies are also additionally shown by hatched lines. There are 14 such districts. Kathmandu has 10 constituencies and Morang has nine. Many Terai districts have constituencies between 4 to 8.

Here is a map of Syangja district (middle hills), which has three constituencies.



We will post you more maps as they become available. Or if any of the reader would be interested in a specific district, can leave a message on this blog. We will respond to the request in due time.

Hi there, I am student working on my Masters thesis. I arrived to your blog while searching for constituency of Nepal and found it very informative. I have a request, can you please share with me the list that specifies each VDC (within district all districts of Nepal) according to under which constituency it falls, i.e. a table in the format District, VDC, Constituency number. This is very crucial for my study and I thank you, in advance, for your kind help.

I will be posting EC maps of all the districts in coming days. These maps were for the Elections of year 2008.

Because of change in population, newly formed Electoral Constituency Delineation Committee will be finalizing a new EC map. This new map will also be posted in coming days based on the availability of the data.

It is likely that the 2013 CA election will have 16 Constituencies in Kthmandu. Kathmandu valley Constituencies. Kathmandu valley has 4 districts: Kabhre, Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur.
